Bakgrund: Personal inom ambulanssjukva?rd utsa?tts dagligen fo?r stress och ho?g arbetsbe- lastning. Detta leder till o?kad risk fo?r ha?lsoproblem hos ambulanspersonal och riskerar att kunna pa?verka omva?rdnaden.?Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa ambulanspersonalens upplevelser av a?terha?mt- ning mellan uppdragen.?Deltagare: I studien medverkade tio ansta?llda inom ambulanssjukva?rden vid tva? medel- stora sta?der i Sverige och na?rliggande glesbygd.?Metod: Studien baserades pa? tio semistrukturerade intervjuer utfo?rda december 2014. In- tervjuerna spelades in och analyserades med kvalitativ inneha?llsanalys.?Resultat: Fyra kategorier framkom: Fo?rutsa?ttningar fo?r a?terha?mtning, Omsta?ndigheter som ger a?terha?mtning, Omsta?ndigheter som motverkar a?terha?mtning och Konsekvenser av bristande a?terha?mtning.

Problemet med dysfunktionella tankar hos elitidrottare har la?nge varit ka?nt. Mindfulness har pa? senare tid ba?de testats och diskuterats som en strategi fo?r att komma tillra?tta med detta problem (Gardner & Moore, 2012; Birrer, Ro?thlin & Morgan, 2012).Syftet med den befintliga studien var att med hja?lp av en pathanalys pro?va delar av Birrer et al.?s (2012) fo?reslagna modell genom att vid tre ma?tningar underso?ka sambanden mellan dispositionell mindfulness, en pa?verkansmekanism (a?ltande) och tva? idrottspsykologiska fa?rdigheter (self-efficacy och a?terha?mtning).Som underlag fo?r studien anva?ndes en enka?t som sammanlagt 65 idrottare varav 33 kvinnor och 32 ma?n besvarade. Medela?ldern var 22,78 a?r (SD=4,66).Resultatet av pathanalysen visade att dispositionell mindfulness vid ma?ttillfa?lle 1 var en signifikant prediktor fo?r a?ltande vid ma?ttillfa?lle 2 och att a?ltande i sin tur var en signifikant prediktor fo?r a?terha?mtning vid ma?ttillfa?lle 3.

Detecting small signals with a comparator demands that the total voltage offset is lower than the actual signal. The total offset includes the voltage offset in the comparator and the voltage offset that is created by the offset currents that flows thru the load at the comparators input. The goal with this comparator that has been developed has been that it will have a total voltage offset at maximum 500 uV. The comparator does not need to be extremely fast or does not need to operate in a big frequency area. To have all the flexibility that is needed a full custom technique is used.

ABSTRACTThe aim of the observation study was to examine the dental hygienists working tasks and the time they used carrying them out. Four dental hygienists where observed during four days each. The total time the dental hygienists used with patients during sixteen fulltime days come to a sum of 89 hours of the possible 111 hours. Twelve hours was late cancels and time when patients didn?t come to their appointment and ten hours were used for meetings.

The hybrid larch (Larix x eurolepis Henry) is a fast growing tree species and was introduced in Sweden for about 50 years ago. The high growth and expected resistance to diseases are probably the main reasons of introducing the tree species into the Swedish forests. The purpose of this thesis was to document the production of hybrid larch planted in the Snogeholm landscape laboratory and to compare the production in the pure hybrid larch stand with the mixture together with pedunculate oak (Quercus robur). The data collection in Snogeholm since the establishment has been carried out by the Swedish University of Agricultural Science (SLU). The fieldwork for the thesis was carried out in 3 stands, containing hybrid larch, pedunculate oak and a mixture of hybrid larch and pedunculate oak, in order to be able to compare the total stand production of the areas. The results show that the total production of hybrid larch in the mixed stand only is 35 % compared with the total production of hybrid larch in the pure stand. Therefore, the hypothesis that the total production of hybrid larch is equal to the planted mixture with pedunculate oak was rejected. The other hypothesis that the total production of a 2 hectare large stand containing a mixture of hybrid larch and pedunculate oak would be greater than the total production of two pure stands of 1 hectare containing hybrid larch and oak each was also rejected. In the studied case the total production was 45 % greater if hybrid larch and pedunculate oak was planted in pure stands. The results from the case-study only indicate that the total production of hybrid larch and oak under the investigated conditions can be higher when planting the two species in pure stands compared with a mixture of the two species.

Metoden ordinary least square har använts för att göra en ekonometrisk studie baserad på statistik för åren 1980-2003. De faktorer som testats är total ersättning, vilken inkluderar avräkningspris samt kvantitetsbaserad subvention, och renstammens storlek. Resultaten i vår undersökning visar att total ersättning inte är signifikant på någon testad nivå, däremot fann vi att renstammens storlek hade positiv korrelation med utbudet på renkött.

Eutrophication is a major problem in the Baltic Sea, as a result of increased loading of nitrogen and phosphorus. In the coastal parts of Östergötland the soil largely consists of clay and contains high levels of phosphorus bound to clay particles. Erosion of the soil in agricultural areas makes the water turbid and transports phosphorus to the Baltic Sea. The aim of this project was to examine the relationship between phosphorus and turbidity in the coastal streams of Östergötland. The aim was also to evaluate the possibility to use turbidity as a surrogate measure for phosphorus.

Introduction: Sex and education level has demonstrated effects on health status.Osteoarthritis is a widespread disease that causes reduced health-related quality of life and isthe most common reason for total hip replacement. Osteoarthritis was ranked as the 11thhighest contributor to global disability as reported in the Global Burden of Disease 2010.Aim: The aim of this study was to explore how sex and education level together affectedhealth-related quality of life after total hip replacement. The aim was also to examine whatdimensions of EQ-5D that changed.Methods: The study is a prospective observational study with a quantitative approach. Dataconsisted of education level, obtained from Statistics Sweden (SCB) and health-relatedquality of life before and one year after total hip replacement from the Swedish HipArthroplasty Register (SHAR). Health-related quality of life was measured with astandardised instrument, the EQ-5D, and the study population consisted of 39,141 patients.Results: Womens? EQ-5D-value, before and one year after surgery, were lower in alleducational categories compared with men.

Purpose: The aim with the report is to investigate if the South East Asian customer on the food processing market base their investments on Total Cost of Ownership and if so, which are the cost drivers considered most vital. Moreover, do these cost-drivers diverge from the perception FP Ltd has, and if so, can a Total Cost of Ownership-model help to achieve a mutual understanding? Methodology: First a descriptive approach will be taken, identifying FP Ltd?s employers? perception on how to meet the customer. This will later be compared to our empirical findings of the actual customer behaviour in Thailand and Vietnam. Thorough analyse of the gap between the two parts will give us the outcome whether or not FP Ltd will have any use of presenting a quantitative model justifying their higher price.

The purpose of this thesis was to make an energy survey and quantify energy flows of individual unit operations associated with the biogas production in Uppsala Vatten och Avfall AB:s biogas plant, located at Kungsängens gård. Moreover, large consumers of energy would be identified and analyzed. The objective of this energy survey was to obtain a detailed understanding of the energy use in the biogas production. The energy survey was divided into two parts: electricity and heat. Each part was treated separately and with somewhat different approach. To estimate the electricity usage during the projcet the rated power of each selected unit operation was noted and multplied with the measured time of usage.
